GREATER THAN THE GRIND - PURCHASE & COURSE TERMS
1. Who we are.
These terms are between you and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("GTTG," "we"), operating greaterthanthegrind.com. Contact: coach@greaterthanthegrind.com.
2. Payments.
All purchases are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
3. Products.
- a. Standalone courses and digital products (for example, Respect Reset or the Blueprint) are one-time purchases. You get access for as long as GTTG offers the product.
- b. Community membership is a monthly subscription. It includes access to every GTTG product, course, and member benefit available to members.
- c. Free products (for example, the e-book) carry no charge and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
4. Subscriptions.
Community renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime. When you cancel, access continues until the end of the current billing cycle, then ends. Courses you bought separately are not affected by cancelling Community.
5. Refunds.
[ATTORNEY TO FINALIZE COMPLIANT LANGUAGE FOR THE OWNER-CONFIRMED NO-VOLUNTARY-REFUND POLICY, INCLUDING ANY LEGALLY REQUIRED EXCEPTIONS.] One-time course buyers keep their purchased course access. Community cancellation keeps membership access through the end of the paid billing cycle; after that date Community-only access ends. Courses purchased separately remain available.
6. Your member page.
Each buyer receives a personal member page showing the products they own. Keep your link private. Access is for your personal use only. Do not share, resell, copy, or redistribute any content.
7. Intellectual property.
All course content, videos, documents, and materials belong to GTTG. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to use them.
8. No guarantee of results.
Content is educational. Results depend on you. Nothing here is medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice.
9. Changes.
We may update content, products, prices, or these terms. Price changes to an active subscription take effect at the next billing cycle after notice.
10. Limitation of liability.
[ATTORNEY TO DRAFT.]
11. Governing law.
[STATE] law governs these terms.
